Screenshot of Widget Style missing Menubar style settings

Under Setting -> Appearance -> Application Style -> Widget Style -> Fine Tuning, the section for "Menubar style" is completely missing. This occured after I enabled the global menu, and persisted even after the global menu was disabled. There is no apparent way to re-enable this.
