Description Ruedi Hofer 2018-05-16 20:03:32 UTC
I have two items on my wishlist for next digikam.
1. Since I often don't have my gradient Filter with me, I'd like to apply it afterwards in postprocessing. Please add such a tool to digikam.
2. Stamp to remove unwanted things from image. Which this tool added to digikam, i wouldn't need to hop over to gimp;)
Thank you!

What do you mean by Gradient Filter exactly ?

Hi Gilles
I think of adding the function of a virtual gradient filter.
Example of a physical gradient filter:

Representation in tools:

Ruedi,

I think GmicQt plugin can help you as it provide a huge list of filter...

GMicQt is avaialble as Image Editor plugin...

For wish 1/ : See bug #412400 and my comment about GMicQt gradient tool.
For wish 2/ : digiKam Image Editor has a clone tool since 6.x release.

I close this bug now
