what info do you need also, cannot schedule recording from program guide (which has correct program times / duration)

At least in UK, the EPG data are now sent into a non-plain non-standard way. Worse than that, there are some patent issues on providing support for decoding it. If it still happens after the upgrade, feel free to re-open. Hi Thanks for looking into this. I will try and upgrade as you suggest. I should have added that kaffine was getting the title info (in addition to the schedule) exactly as expected until I upgraded to Ubuntu’s latest LTS release.
