So, [IntelliJ](https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/) and other JetBrains IDEs have this feature where you can sort of search through all of the various functions that the software itself has to offer, and it's really nice when you know what you want but don't remember which of the 15 dropdown menus it happens to live in. I think it would be really cool if krita had something similar.

Feature requests should be marked as "wish", not "normal". Also see https://krita.org/en/item/ways-to-help-krita-work-on-feature-requests/ on the right way help out with feature requests.

We want a Space bar menu with actions, don't we? Like Blender has.

This has been implemented now for Krita 5, thanks to reusing kate's command-bar.
