The main image and a couple of the file layers in question, if I'm just missing something and it actually works perfectly, that would also be nice to know!

So, I originally made a bunch of layers in one big image, and then I started to try and move them to file layers for sanity/reuse, but now they don't show up properly in the main image, it's pretty weird.

Ack, okay, just kidding, it's fine, turns out the layers ended up being moved off-canvas but were still there, which is also sort of weird because I'd expect it to be in the same place related to where it was before converting it.
