There black screen with Kubuntu logo appears and it never goes to complete shutdown. It happens always. I always shut it down by power button on laptop.

Are you sure this issue is caused by KDE software? If you have done investigations, please add the results here. If not, I suggest to ask in a forum of your distribution how to investigate such issues.
