Kdenlive requires avcodec-57.dll and other files found in  https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win64/shared/ffmpeg-3.4.2-win64-shared.zip
The link in Windows section of the Download page (https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win64/shared/ffmpeg-20171217-387ee1d-win64-shared.zip) contains avcodec-58.dll and other files of newer version.

Hello,
Thanks for your report and sorry for the temporary bad situation...
since then our packaged ffmpeg builds embed the necessary codecs,
so we don't rely anymore on that link and removed it.
