Description dejanmilo 2018-05-04 12:33:40 UTC
Inb earlier versions of Digikam it was possible to make a rightlick in the geo-editor on a map and to copy the coordinates. Then to paste it to another picture. This function dissapeared/is not longer available.

As I wrote: In earlier Digikam-versions it was possible to rightclick in the map and then a context-menue opened with the option "copy coordinates". This is not longer possible.

The menu was only available on Marble map and not on Google map. This menu of Marble contains entries that are not supported by digiKam or that uses digiKam own solutions (Bookmark Editor). Therefore, this menu is disabled. In addition, the manual copying of the coordinates is cumbersome. You can drag the images one by one or in groups from the image list onto the map.

Thank you. I think that was a good function, when I wanted to obtain GPS coordinates from another image. I rightclicked on the map and pasted the coordinates to another image. Very easy. Now it is without these copy/paste-possibilities more complicated to transfer coordinates from one picture to another.

I activated the right mouse click in Marble, that helped...
