That commit fixed a similar issue in Dialog.qml. I think a similar solution would be applicable here, but I'm not a coder so forgive me if I'm wrong. See also https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390846

How to reproduce:
1. Go to System Settings → Workspace Theme. Choose Breeze, hit Apply.
2. (In System Settings) go to Desktop Theme. Choose Breeze Dark, hit Apply.
3. (Still in System Settings) go to Network → Connections
4. Resize the window so that you can see the faulty scrollbar (see screenshot). Add new connections if necessary.
5. Scrollbar is light grey and unapparent.
