scaling issue 1

On X dashboard app launcher runs on primary screen, on wayland it seems to follow currently focused screen. However it seems to not scale properly on first run if it was used on different resolution screen first.

scaling issue 2

Still a bug in Plasma 5.23.2. Opening the Dashboard on my 1080p monitor and then my 4k monitor (if its scaling is not 200%) results in the Dashboard opening at 1080p. Closing and opening it again displays it at the correct resolution.

The same happens in reverse, once it is scaled properly for my 4k monitor, opening it on my 1080p monitor causes it to be too large. Closing and opening it again sets the Dashboard to the correct size for my 1080p monitor.

Tested on 5.25.90, dashboard only shows up on monitor which has taskbar, so kind of fixed.
