White text on yellow background for files as well as for albums

Tool Tips are unreadable - see screenshots (white text on yellow background for files as well as for albums. Changing the icon theme does not seem to help.

Just noticed that tooltips are best readable in "Color Contrast" design. Standard is what the screenshots are showing. High Key is worse, Low Key is better readable. In all of the other designs except these three, tooltips are almost unreadable.
