Duplicate of Bug 179678?

Well, the bug reporter did not tell us about what he expected to happen. Your bug is a creative way to solve this, but for now I'm assuming this was specifically about the duplication ("warning _and_ error message" in title) and the html tags.

Peter removed the duplicate recently and also fixed the html tags.

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 393170 ***

Cool, thanks for confirming. As you may have seen, it will be fixed in the upcoming 18.04.1 release.
