If I accept a calendar invite kmail automatically replies with a notification of acceptance. Q: I do not want this! how do I stop it? A: There doesn't seem to be a way to stop this - hence a bug. I consider it to be rude and a security leak and I usually want to put things in my diary without a fuss and without saying I'm going (for instance I want to put things in my diary to specifically avoid them without letting the sender know anything).
you should see the Record button.
I see the: "accept", "tentative", "decline", "counter proposal" and "delegate" buttons and I can "check my calendar" but I don't see the "record" button...
