Attached patch to prevent the infinite loop

To reproduce you can start jovie then run in a terminal
qdbus org.kde.KSpeech /KSpeech say "hello" 3

I attached a patch to fix the problem

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years and I will be closing this bug.
