Spectacle used to have an exit button called Save & Exit. Now it is only Save or Save-as. 
Please Please Please restore the Exit function. This was the only one I use after creating a screenshot: save it and exit the program in one go.
Why was it deleted anyway? Sorry, but this is a bad choice.

You can calm down again, because this workflow is still possible ;)

Just check the "Quit after Save or Copy" checkbox.
