Black menu and missing content

Hello,
Recently I started using display scaling 2x as I got a HiDPI screen.

Today I decided to change Border size for windows and found that part of System Settings is broken.

When I open:
System Settings -> Application Style -> Window Decorations

The menu on the left becomes black and big part of window content is missing.
This happens when I have set "Scale Display" to 2, in Display and Monitor.

My System:
Arch Linux x86_64
KDE 5.45.0 / Plasma 5.12.4
Resolution is 5760x2160 (1920x1080 and 3840x2160 monitors, set to scaling 2x)

Also I have other issues with scaling, which I will report separately.

No longer happens in 5.16.2

Not sure which to choose, so to close this I choose RESOLVED -> FIXED.
