There's no way to access the anti-aliasing option by default, short of configuring a shortcut/adding a button to the toolbar. Adding a menu item should be super easy, but better would be to have a tool option for it to go under eg line thickness.

Settings -> Configure Shortcuts -> assign any shortcut to the "Draw Anti-Aliased" action

or

Settings -> Configure Toolbars -> drag/drop the "Draw Anti-Aliased" action to where you want it
