KDE 5.12.80

Go to System Settings - Workspace Theme - Look and Feel
see how the themes are there
go down to Desktop Theme (see that themes are there)
go back to Look and Feel - Themes are now gone

If you go back to -  Workspace Theme - Look and Feel - themes are already present again
