directly after the upgrade to frameworks 5.45.0 the icon of the libreoffice startcenter is gone. 
- when I try to edit the menu and re-attach an icon to the startcenter is replaced by a questionmark when saved
- i'm guessing it not due to libreoffice itself because I'm dual-booting kde neon user edition with ubuntu 18.04 on this machine. I use the same version of libreoffice there and I stell have an icon for the startcenter there.

Oh I'm dreadfully sorry! This has only been a problem for a short period. But it isn't anymore!
