When closing konqueror from the title bar and with Ctrl+q, it does not close properly. It operates like a program that is running in the background but it has no icon in the system tray, and any attempt to reopen it fails. The process has to be killed before it can be reopened normally. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open konqueror from the terminal, 2. close it, 3. try to reopen it.
