When resuming from suspend, the list of bluetooth devices in the bluetooth menu appears blank. When attempting to make a new bluetooth connection to headphones, the connection immediately connects and then fails. This is not resolved until you log out, and log back in (you don't need to restart).

Stopping and starting bluetooth does not fix the issue. only logging out, logging back in, or restarting the computer allows me to connect to headphones again.

I'm using a Dell XPS 13 9360 with Jabra Move bluetooth headphones, and am connected to WiFi. I am running the latest Kubuntu 18.04 daily with the latest packages as of this bug report. I also have the gnome session installed (but am using the kde greeter), but do not see the same issue on the gnome side with bluetooth.

I am uploading attachments of the issue before and after suspending the system (excuse my limited Gimp skills)

A clarification: I also cannot reconnect to previously connected bluetooth headphones, including after forgetting and trying to establish a new connection.

Another clarification: I have the power setting for "close lid to suspend" enabled. The action I'm doing is closing, then re-opening the lid. I'm also using the default KDE greeter (not GDM or LightDM).

Kai, could this be at all related to the powerdevil issue you fixed today?
