Steps to reproduce:
* Set border size to Normal
* Activate Cover switch or Wobbly Windows(or any other effect that transforms windows)

take closer look at borders

Actual results:
There is a line/gap between contents and borders when the window is transformed(for example, scaled).

Expected results:
No line.
