What were you trying to do, please describe the exact steps and what kind of files you were working with.

I'm so sorry.. I didn't return your message awhile ago. I was able to
figure out the issue and make it work as it should. Thanks again for
looking into it. It is relieving to know that there are people like you
that still exist who take matters like/similar to this seriously and follow
up to make sure. Again thanks for the response and follow and I apologize
for not informing you earlier. Thank you for the thoughts, my kid is well.
