In qtwebengine 5.11 beta 3 chromium has been upgraded from v63 to v65. After the update, clicking on links and attachments doesn't do anything. They can still be opened by right-click and "Open with". Seems like the new version blocks too much stuff by default.

Fixed in 18.04.1
