Description Don Curtis 2018-04-09 08:38:05 UTC
KDE Frameworks: 5.32.0
plasmashell: 5.8.7
Qt: 5.6.2

The Wallet Manager window always opens "Top Left" on the screen ("Zero-Cornered").

The "Window Management", "Window Behavior" advanced "Placement" setting of "Smart" is ignored.

Since the latest openSUSE patches and updates last Tuesday, the Wallet Manager window no longer covers the "top edge of the screen" KDE Panel -- still "Top Left" but respects the Panel's settings …

The openSUSE patches and updates last Tuesday were:
 * kdepim-addons : 17.04.2-6.1
 * libhdf5-10 : 1.8.15-7.3.1
 * kdepim-addons-lang: 17.04.2-6.1
 * libhdf5_hl10: 1.8.15-7.3.1

With the following KDE components (openSUSE Leap 15.0) this issue seems to have been resolved:

KDE: 5.45.0
plasmashell 5.12.5
Qt: 5.9.4

Now closing this issue.
