PDF-file displayed incorrectly

Someone sent me a scanned document which is displayed incorrectly in Okular. Namely, I see black bars above the text. Most other PDF viewers, such as xpdf, evince, inkscape, show this file correctly. Moreover, in print preview Okular also shows it correctly.

This is a bug in poppler. Please file a bug at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=poppler under the splash backend component
