error message that comes up upon crash

Error message attached. Just installed Krita 4.0.0. using the file named krita-x64-4.0.0-setup.exe from your site. Once it was installed I am not able to bring it up because it crashes with the attached error message when I tried to run it. Repeated attempts all end in the same crash and error message; re-booting my computer does not fix the issue. This is on a Windows 10 64-bit laptop. Please let me know if there's any other information you need.
Thank you. -- Antoine

Can you try out 4.0.1 and let us know if this is still happening. There were a few python bugs that were fixed in the latest bug fix release. We haven't received any other bug reports with this issue.

Hi Scott,
As you suggested in your 2018-04-17 17:47:13 UTC comment I have now tried out 4.0.1 and found that the crash no longer occurs and I am able to bring up Krita successfully. Thank you very much! Great job.
