Error msg when trying to apply

Hi, I am using the latest KDE Neon, 
1. Couldn't apply pre-installed splash screens.
2. Installed some screens but still couldn't applied. After uninstall, the installed screens are still in the list.

I can confirm the error message when I try to apply some pre-installed theme on neon dev unstable. However create a report for each issue please.
