JESUS - don't SPF check mails within the infrastructure from "bluemchen.kde.org" to "postbox.kde.org" or don't use the rpeorters envelope sender

Note that we missed this for quite a while because *this bug* prevented us from getting email notifications about *this bug report*.

but it's questionable that new bugreprots depend on mail-notifications at all and without them nobody cares....
