I am a user of kde neon, and today I was trying to test the rotoscoping effect in an image and when inserting the alpha square to start to make the effect the application was closed directly and it did so at the same time in the other 15 times I tried

Hello,
I just got merged a simple fix in MLT for the rotoscoping effect.
To get the fix, you should either build MLT from source, or wait for next AppImage (hopefully soon for 18.04 release).
