- Right click on the Desktop -> "Configure Desktop" opens Folder View Settings
- Choose "Configure Desktop" from the desktop toolbox opens Folder View Settings

- Launch "Configure Desktop" from Krunner or Kicker opens System Settings
- Typing "System Settings" into Krunner or Kicker shows the "Configure Desktop" item. A solution might be to rename the System Settings desktop name to "System Settings"

KRunner/Kicker search for 'Configure Desktop' shows 'Virtual Desktops' entry.
KRunner/Kicker search for 'System Settings' shows 'System Settings', 'Print Settings', 'KSystemLog' and 'Systemd' entries.
