patch to fix mr lookup and mathscinet search

AMS changed their URLs so the MR Lookup and MathSciNet search tools broke. I quickly wrote the below patch which seems to make them work again.

Thanks for the fix. I don't see those problems myself, as my development machine is not in a network that has a subscription to AMS.
