It's a jekyll website, it would have to be translated directly in the website source https://cgit.kde.org/websites/falkon-org.git

Hi Jeff, as David mentioned, the source is available in Git. So one could make a translated fork and submit it as a patch. I'm going to close this due to this.

Can't we put it on some localization platform or just on KDE's SVN? It will be easy to translate.
