I picked the wrong ID. Hence I re-opened the bug. It is strange, as it works for me whereas it failed before like you demonstrate. Strange.
Before (#391961) the problem was the Y axis started at 0. It was 'fixed' as it now starts at a higher value, but at a value well below the lower range of the data.
