Description Stefano 2018-03-26 21:21:02 UTC
Plasma 5.12.3
Frameworks 5.44.0
Qt 5.10.1

Konsole doesn't show the most monospace fonts that I choose in bold. Tried with Hack, DejaVu Sans Mono, Ubuntu Mono, Noto Mono and Terminus.

But, if I choose "Monospace" the bold is rendered. That happens even with DejaVu Sans Mono, which is strange, because in my fontconfig it's the preferred font for Monospace, so choosing Monospace or DejaVu Sans Mono should be the same.

Another strange issue is that the Font Styles from which I can choose when I select Monospace don't comprehend the bold style, but only Normal, Italic and Oblique.

The same thing happens with kate and kwrite.

It looks like the same of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=389725
