The resource manager seems to ignore what was selected when trying to create or edit existing bundles. Many Brushes, brush presets and workspaces selected are not saved in the bundle in a erratic behavior...sometimes it saves all, sometimes a few at random.
step by step open krita-new file- manage resources krita has a few custom brush presets modified and tagged, and a few custom workspaces. create new bundle choose 6 brushes, presets and workspaces (first ones or not, doesn't matter) move them to selected save sometimes it recognizes the new bundle, sometimes not even importing it after rebooting krita....only if the file is manually copied into the bundles folder. it may or may not have what was selected. WHEN EDITING: select this one or some other- edit bundle- put some more brushes, brush preset and workspaces into it. - save - reboot krita it may or may not have what was selected. but in general it seem to affect more what is customized stuff in use. (brushes, presets and workspaces)
Yes, I can confirm the issue. In my local resources folder I see: boud.bundle.old boud.bundle.tmp Renaming either bundle to .bundle doesn't give me a complete bundle either.
I'm having the same issue. There are all kinds of weird things happening: presets appear and disappear randomly, lose masks, bundles duplicate, show up in resource manager although I deleted them in the folder. Win 10

I try to retrieve Krita 3's brushes because I liked those, when I set them in active, the brushes disappear and it resets back to inactive. Even if I try deactivating both and bringing them both back, only Krita 4's brushes reappear.

This has been fixed in master (891c50ad013d1a3ddbd144227a3f6d5ad944a704)
(but note that editing bundles is currently not available)
