Steps:
1. Place Panel to the left or top side.
2. Enable informational tooltip in Workspace settings module.
3. Hover over launched task in Panel (also works with not launched apps' tasks).
4. Hover over it's informational tooltip.
5. Take a close look at the tooltip and hover over same app task in the Panel.

Actual results:
The tooltip is shifting to the left/top side a little bit. On Netrunner Rolling distro the tooltip is blinking after subsequent hovering on task in Panel - possibly due to custom configs.

It must have been, since I'm using a left panel and haven't seen it in years.
