Steps: 1. Position Panel on either screen side. 2. Hide or Show any entry in System Tray Settings -> Entries. 3. Change Panel position to bottom/top. 4. Take a look at tray icons - they are misplaced. 5. Move Panel to previous position - notice tray icons are misplaced there to. I was not able to reproduce. Can you test again with latest version? Can you test using new user? Do you have any non-standard plasmoids installed? Any configuration changes?
