Kubuntu Plattform-Version 4.13.3

Hello folks,

I lost the icon of Klipper in the Kontrollleiste. After I found it back it looked different (yellow).
When I leftclick on it, nothing happens. In the past a flyout opened and shows me the contents of the clipboard and the possibility to delete it.
When I write Klipper into the console I get the message

QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
Klipper is already running! Check it in the system tray in the panel.

I do not have any experience with the console and do not understand what it means.
To solve the problem I need an explanation step-by-step.
