Description Luca Mari 2018-03-18 20:33:53 UTC
Some wrong behaviors, all of them generated after an (apparently successful) apt-get upgrade:
-- System Settings crashes after applying a change to Application Style | GNOME Application Style;
-- KDE5 apps use the icon theme  of GNOME/GTK apps (while, e.g., Dolphin4 has the correct KDE5 icons);
-- single-click to open files and folders (as in System Settings | Input Devices | Mouse) does not work in KDE5 apps, which always require double clicks (while it works, e.g., in Dolphin4).

Could it be that plasma-integration isn't loading? Looks like a distro issue (Qt upgrade without updating everything using private headers)

Hi.

I had already tried to reinstall plasma-integration, but with no apparent effects.

Would you be so kind to specify a procedure to follow to check your hypothesis or, even better, to try solving the problem?

Thanks.

Hi.

Just to let you know that I have just upgraded KDE Frameworks, 5.43 --> 5.44, but nothing has changed: the bug is still there.

This sounds like a packaging/upgrade issue. Please report it to the Kubuntu people. Thanks!
