Description Patrick Silva 2018-03-16 13:36:08 UTC
restart plasma session
open dolphin
hover dolphin entry in task manager and click red X button to close it
nothing happens
Comment 1 David Edmundson 2018-03-16 13:39:15 UTC
The red cross asks an app to quit, it doesn't force kill it.

Was your dolphin frozen at the time you encountered this?
Comment 2 Patrick Silva 2018-03-16 13:53:11 UTC
Not frozen. I can reproduce using system settings instead Dolphin.
Comment 3 Patrick Silva 2018-03-16 14:12:25 UTC
Also reproducible on neon dev unstable.
Comment 4 Eike Hein 2018-03-17 11:55:08 UTC
Can't reproduce, works fine for me. Please attach the taskmanager config from your plasma rc.

Comment 8 Patrick Silva 2018-04-02 00:46:22 UTC
I just noticed that this bug is reproducible only when task manager has NO pinned icon.
If some icon is pinned to task manager, red X works as expected.
Comment 9 Patrick Silva 2018-09-09 14:48:40 UTC
Can not reproduce on Arch Linux, plasma 5.13.5.
