Description Storm Engineer 2018-03-16 12:16:01 UTC
Krita offers amazing flexibility in brush settings. When creating complex brushes, it may involve using several custom curves.

It would be very useful if said curves could easily be copied in some way to other settings, or be shared with other people.

Thus I think the ability to export/import curves as a simple (XML?) file would be great.

When mentioning this on IRC Deevad suggested copy/paste buttons at the curves, however, this has two downsides:
 - Doesn't allow sharing between users
 - In case of copying several curves to a new brush you would have to constantly go back and forth, instead of exporting them all, then importing them all.

So I believe import/export would be better than copy/paste.

Note: the same curve file format (and saving/loading code) should be used for all three suggested options:
- curve adjustments (bug 387352)
- global pressure curve
- brush editor sensor curves (bug 391927 (this one), related: bug 401496)
