Not an exclusion option layout theme

I downloaded the arc dark theme and adapta, but I can not remove them.

standard themes should not be removed this I agree

only the default theme could not be removed, but themes installed via download should have the removal option

You can use the Get New Hot Stuff dialog to delete the themes, but I agree that there should be a delete button for each theme.

Surely, you can go to "get new themes", filter for installed ones and delete them there, but this has two implications

1) "Download new themes" does not sound like "manage installed themes"
2) If you create a new theme yourself and your forgot how you did that and it's installed, you have no idea how to remove it again.

Therefore I'd suggest a trashcan overlay over all non-default themes like the wallpaper grid has it.

Why was this bug marked as a duplicate in "kcm_lookandfeel"?? Shouldn't this be put into "kcm_desktoptheme" ????? Or all of these for that matter?

Because that's the correct component for Global Themes.
