I really liked using the change speed clip job, as in the past it was the only one that would give me consistent results and no crashes.

It's missing from the context menu "Clip Jobs" in the Project manager

Fritzibaby, this bug report is for a missing feature in the Project Manager, it has nothing to do with the timeline, so I am removing your timeline corruption tag. 

I have no idea why this feature was removed, it was stable and worked well.
Adding it back in should be easy, as it is a standalone clip job.
