I can create new tab but I can't delete it so it's stays forever.

File > Close tab works fine for me. If this doesn't work for you, please read https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Bug_Reporting and then write Steps To Reproduce or attach a screenshot or a screen recording illustrating the problem.
