The Hqdn3d doesn't work at all.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add the Hqdn3d filter to a video.
2. Try to adjust some values.

Actual results:
All values will stay at 0.

Expected results:
The values should be adjustable.

Version:
- kdenlive 17.12.2 from the kdenlive ppa
- mlt 6.5.0
- running on kubuntu 17.10

I also tried adjusting the values directly in the .kdenlive project file, but upon reloading it into kdenlive the values were still just 0s.

Same problem with kdenlive 18.03.70 and mlt 6.7.0.

confirmed: Kdenlive 18.12.0 and Refactoring AppImage Nightly build 26.Dec 18.

This filter is broken and has been removed from Kdenlive during the effect clean up task. You can read more about the task here: https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/issues/350
