How do you download the new version 5.0 of kmymoney for windows 10?

The Windows version hasn't been released yet.  Please see the notes posted here.  https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=69&t=151173  When it does become available it will be posted on the https://kmymoney.org/ website.
