If I open in systemsettings on Plasma-Wayland the "window decoration" menu and I click on the tab "Buttons" then the systemsettings doesn't show all the content (like the boolean field "Close windows by double clicking the menu" and on the right buttom still the border size from the "Theme" tab is still partially visible) until I resize the systemsettings window.

Besides this if you open the additional Breeze window configuration window then the content is flickering and disappearing if it is placed over the systemsettings window.

Plus after switching to Buttons tab - it doesn't get highlighted.
Contents of previously selected menu is displayed instead of current one - if Window Decorations menu was selected before it at least once.
Reproducibility: Almost always
