Might be the same root cause as with bug 389694, but I'd suggest waiting until we have a patch for that bug and then check this one afterwards. The behavior does still exist with Spectacle 18.12.2.

Does not happen anymore (I can't reproduce it), probably after some changes to KDE's notification behaviour.
Is this bug still tracking anything that happens in git master?
