When filtering by Tags, there's currently the option to select between the AND and OR logic operators, but the NOT is missing.

This could be useful in the case you want to exclude certain tags from your filter / search, making the filter feature much more flexible.

A few practical cases that come to mind:
- I tag cats in my pictures, all of them, including mine (which has a dedicated tag, of course). But what if I want to see all cat pictures that aren't my cat.

- I want to see pictures of past holidays, but not those in which my ex-girlfriend is in it.

- I tag pictures not taken by me, and I want to exclude them from my albums. The "NOT" feature would hide all of them from my collection.

This feature wish refers to the "Filter" panel, but the same can also be applied to the "Search" panel on the left, which could include a "Exclude Tag" field in the Advanced Search dialog.

Ohhh, there it is! Thanks! Although I think it doesn't apply to the Advanced Search.

In any case, it's fine by me now, you can close the "bug" if you want. Although having a little more visible option wouldn't kill.
